Use
Take a warm bath or shower for at least 5 minutes to soften the skin. Moisten the glove and squeeze out the excess water. Do not pour soap. Firmly and evenly press the skin up and down. Avoid washing the exfoliated skin of the body, as this will not help further exfoliation. Wash your body with soap. Hand wash the glove. Use every 1-2 weeks or 24 hours before self-tanning.
