Omniva Shipping Delivery
In the context of the coronavirus, the ever-changing situation forces us to adjust our promises to you as well. Since the number of parcels sent to OMNIVA post offices in Lithuania has increased by 60% since the announcement of quarantine, we are temporarily adjusting the delivery procedure for postage parcels. To be completely transparent with you, we will first notify you of any changes.
All Lithuanian Couriers are currently working on the hotline at full capacity and try to deliver each of your parcels to the recipient as quickly as possible. Let’s not forget their dedication and say THANK YOU. #Padthank the courier
OMNIVA parcel shipments may be delayed by 1-5 business days
With a drastic increase in parcels, some OMNIVA post offices are fully occupied. Due to this, the next day's delivery becomes very complicated - we anticipate a possible delay of shipments up to 5 working days. Information about fully occupied post offices will be updated once a week: in the list of post offices there will be the note "overcrowded!" Next to "hot" post machines. You can find a list of all ATMs here.
Shipments are routed to the nearest available ATM
Shipments that do not fit into fully occupied post offices will be automatically routed to the nearest available OMNIVA post office without prior notice.

We remind you that the administration of Omniva LT works remotely until March 30, this term will be extended if the situation changes, but the company operates in the usual mode.

Delivery of goods is carried out:
1. * Omniva post machines from 2,90 € (LT, LV, EE)
2. * Omniva courier from € 4,90 (LT, LV, EE)
3. **DHL courier from € 25 (International Shipping Worldwide)
1. Delivery of items in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia: 2-5 working days.
2. When purchasing cosmetology devices, the delivery time is 7-15 working days.
3. International delivery of shipments abroad by DHL courier: 5-10 working days.
