Settlement in USDC (cryptocurrency)

For your convenience, we offer payment USDC – a stablecoin cryptocurrency that is usually pegged to the US dollar at a rate of 1:1. This means that USDC is designed to be more convenient for payments than traditional, highly volatile cryptocurrencies.

Why choose USDC?

• quick – payment is often confirmed within a few minutes (depending on network load).
• Transparent – payment status and confirmations are visible on the blockchain.
• Convenient for international customers – especially when buying from abroad, when you want to avoid bank restrictions or a long transfer process.
• Stable value – USDC is generally less volatile than, for example, BTC or ETH.

How does USDC payment work in our e-store?

USDC payments in Shopify are usually processed through a dedicated crypto payment partner (payment service provider), which generates a payment request and allows you to conveniently pay from your crypto wallet. You will see:

• the exact amount due,
• payment address (and/or QR code),
• payment timer (if applicable),
• payment confirmation status.

Payment steps (for the buyer)

1. Add the items to your cart and proceed to Checkout.
2. Select payment method USDC (if it is displayed as a separate option / "Crypto" / "USDC payment").
3. The system will provide payment address and/or QR code and the exact amount of USDC.
4. Open your crypto wallet (e.g. mobile or browser) and make a transfer exactly according to the information provided.
5. Wait for confirmation - once the payment is recorded online and confirmed, the order will be confirmed.

Important: network and commissions

USDC exists on several blockchain networks (e.g. Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, etc.). The settlement page always states, what network need to send USDC. Send is required only through the same network – otherwise, the payment may not reach the system automatically.

Also note that blockchain can be applied network fee (gas fee). It is usually paid by the buyer, and the fee depends on the load of the selected network.

Order status and shipment of goods

• The order is considered paid when the payment confirmed (receiving necessary confirmations on the network/from the payment partner).
• After confirmation, the order will be processed according to our usual delivery rules.
• If delivery is selected, we provide tracking information via email (where applicable).

Security

• Month we don't ask Never reveal your seed phrase, passwords, or wallet logins to anyone.
• Payment is made via blockchain and/or a certified payment partner that provides clear payment status.
• If in doubt, always check before making a transfer network ir address.

Refunds after USDC payment

If a return or order cancellation applies, a refund can be issued:

• USDC – to the return address you provided on the same network (we will ask you to confirm the address), or
• fiat currency (e.g. by bank transfer) – by agreement and depending on the situation.

Note: Blockchain transfers are irreversible, so providing the correct address and network is essential for refunds.

Common situations and solutions

• Payment "stuck" – wait a few minutes: sometimes confirmations take a while due to network load.
• I sent it on the wrong network. – write to us as soon as possible with the payment information (TXID/Transaction ID). It is not possible to automatically assign in all cases.
• I sent the wrong amount. – contact us, specify TXID. The solution depends on the payment partner's rules and situation.
