EMS/TENS Electrostimulator for Pain Relief

   Electrostimulator I-TECH Mio-Care TENS is a therapeutic tool for pain relief, which is often caused by incorrect posture, long time spent in the car or heavy physical work.

The EMS machine can be used on all parts of the body if it bothers you neck pain, arthrosis, myalgia, neurites, back pain, periarthritis of the shoulder joint or common muscle weakness.

We offer two different sets of muscle stimulation devices for pain relief:

• Electrotherapy machine with 2 channels (20 pain relief programs) - 4 electrodes can be used simultaneously.
• Electrotherapy machine with 4 channels (58 pain relief programs) - 8 electrodes can be used simultaneously.

Electrostimulation programs are different and are designed according to the following characteristics:

• Pulse length
• Frequency
• Pulse duration
• Procedure time

The action of electrical impulses of electrostimulation:

1. The intensity of EMS/TENS stimulation should be set to minimal to moderate discomfort (between perceived pain and felt pain). The maximum limit is reached when the muscles around the electrode begin to contract.
2. Lipolysis (drainage pulses) provides the fat-splitting effect that is achieved with larger contractions.
3. Toning, exercise, atrophy prevention procedure, during which the intensity must be increased gradually, when we see how the muscles contract.
4. Massage, active recovery: the intensity should be adjusted gradually so that you can massage the muscles, and the intensity level should not be too high so that you can feel a pleasant and relaxing massage.
5. Capillarization program: This is a medium stimulation level that is below the pain threshold.

It is recommended to start the EMS/TENS procedure at a low intensity level so that the body gets used to the new sensations. Increase the intensity gradually so that the procedure is not painful.
